SOME ADVICE
FOR NEW YOGA STUDENTS
What to wear? Yoga Asana is practiced in bare feet, with shorts
or leggings and a comfortable top.
What to eat? It is recommended not to eat one to one and a half
hours before class.
What to bring? Bring your humor.
What to do when sick? When you are fully sick, stay home and
take time to rest. When you are half sick mention it to the teacher.
How to be happy?
Just
practice the Yoga. It ensures equilibrium and harmony that brings
happiness, peace and good spirits.
